Dana Ray brings a distinctive combination of clinical expertise, executive leadership experience, business ownership, and professional coaching to her work with leaders. Her career has included practicing family medicine, serving as Chief Medical Officer of a Federally Qualified Health Center, leading within complex healthcare environments, and building businesses focused on health and leadership development.

Those experiences have given her firsthand understanding of an important reality: Leadership can look very different from the inside than it does from the outside. Leaders are expected to make decisions, develop people, manage competing priorities, navigate change, communicate effectively, and continue performing—often without dedicated space to examine how they themselves are developing.

As an ICF Credentialed Executive Coach, Dana creates that space. Her coaching approach combines thoughtful inquiry, practical leadership experience, challenge, reflection, and accountability to help leaders strengthen both how they think and how they lead.
